Healing is not only her profession; it’s part of art. In this beautifully chaotic and sometimes challenging society we live in, it’s very rewarding to help people relax their bodies, spirits, and minds. It is relaxing and healing for her as well.  She loves the collectivity. Melissa attended the University of Minnesota and received her BFA/Art Degree 2010. She is a 200hr Certificated:Teacher of Yoga/Meditation 2008. Certified:Laughter Yoga Coach 2008.She took Level One: "Shamanic Journeying" with Mary Stoffel 2009. Massage Certification: "Serenity School of Massage and Hypnosis" Stillwater, MN 2008 and also studied bodywork in Japan in the medium of Thai Massage 1998. Certified:Three Heart Balancing™ practitioner 2006. Certified:"Healing Coach" and member of "The Healing Hands Network" 2010.

Her specialty is focusing on the "Waves" no wonder her partner is a surfer. For her, the focus of Three Heart Balancing™ work is on awakening the Wave in your own body. The Wave is the harmony of the rhythms: breathing, heartbeat, peristalsis, cranial-sacral, sexuality, and emotions.  The Wave is the person’s own inner healer, the part of each of us that strives toward life.
