Treatment of Irregular Cardiovascular Rhythms

By Jaentra Green Gardener

Three Heart Balancing™ is a method developed by Jaentra Green Gardener and a group of healers to accelerate the body’s healing through vibration. We vibrate the body through a variety of ways including music, pulsating touch, and body positioning. We use the basic rhythms including heartbeat, breathing, cranial-sacral, peristaltic, and lymph. The Wave is our term for a new relationship between those rhythms that awakens the body’s internal healer. The Wave moves and vibrates the body to straighten out crooked places, to smooth jagged edges, and to bring all systems into alignment.

The three hearts begin with the third eye, the center for visioning and intuition. The middle heart is the physical heart center. The third heart is the seat of Qui located two inches below the navel. If there is a disturbance in one heart, there is an imbalance in the other two. So, if we heal one heart center, we heal and balance all three.

When people come to us, the first thing we do is activate the Wave to awaken the internal healer. Since the heart is the main driver of all the other rhythms in our body, the Wave’s first agenda is to make the heart rhythm healthy and the heart strong. Once the Wave is activated the body aligns itself with the gravitational field of earth. This natural alignment further speeds up the healing of the heart.

The Wave does two important things to help the body heal. It slowly and systematically rids of the body of infections. Often the body stores infection by walling it off behind a group of cells. The Wave will break down those walls and put the infection out for the body to overcome. The other healing miracle of the Wave is to burn through scar tissue. Scar tissue is rubbery tissue that forms due to accident, injuries, surgery, or emotional assaults. The Wave dissolves the scar tissue slowly. For people with heart disease, releasing infection and releasing rubbery or dead tissue from the heart is life saving.

The root cause of all diseases and accidents and injuries is broken heartedness. Abandonment and betrayal is experience at the center of human existence. No one is immune from the experience of profound disappointment. Even after we emotionally process these experiences, our bodies still remember. Each new hurt is compounded by the activation of our bodies’ old memories that are still unresolved.

Starvation, the key human experience, becomes healed through human interaction and love. Human interaction and love aimed at healing carries God’s love. God’s love is the primary source of healing for the heart. As a human race we are all evolving together, becoming better and better at accepting love as our divine birthright. We have much to do to help each other along in feeling safe in love that does not disappear. We need each other, even though we have each other to blame for our hurts and betrayal.

When someone comes for healing, they are opening and asking for broken heartedness to heal, no matter what their presenting problems are. Yet, I do not want or encourage people to tell me their stories. I can vibrate out more memories without a personal focus. My job is not therapy, it is helping that person create health.

In people with diagnosed heart disease, how the healer moves their hands with the body can help heart rhythms be healthy. When I think about a physical heart, I also think of the hands and arms as extensions of that physical heart. The arms embrace people we love and push away people we don’t. The hands can caress in tenderness or clinch into a fist.

Some examples:

1.Lub dub. Lub dub. Lub dub. I feel a person’s heart beating in my hands through the sensations in my hands. Since the arms and hands are extensions of the heart, I can work on a heart by putting my hands anywhere. I put my thumb in the palm of the hand and line my fingers up the back of the hand. My second hand I can put around an elbow, resting my thumb in the bend. I begin a syncopated rhythm: two heart beats in my rhythm, then two heartbeats in her irregular one. I keep on several minutes. I set a strong intention mentally to effect this heart rhythm. Slowly I bring the rhythms together until my hands move in rhythm with my heart. I start over with her irregular rhythms and then end up with my hands beating in rhythm with my heart. Each time the heart reverts back to the bad rhythm, I reset my intention. Several times I move this way, resting my hands in between.

2. I put a hand under the neck and a hand on the heart, pulling in opposite syncopation. For a heart beating too slow or too fast, this movement begins to communicate that I want the person’s heart to beat in normal rhythm, along with mine. During the movement, I feel the person’s heart "giving in," beating along with mine and then the person will feel the incorrect pulse in the hands. As I continue, I get the body I am working with to accept the new rhythm. Changing a heart rate can take two or three sessions. The person receiving the healing will cry out old grief, usually between sessions.

3.Both hands on the heart are resting on the collarbones. This movement allows for a feeling of deep nurturing to grow within a body. I use this movement when a person is very exhausted or in deep despair. I feel warmth and sweetness build as the heart rests.

4. One hand in the left arm pit. One hand moving across the thoracic lymphatic duct and covering the heart. I use this rhythm when my goal is to clear the heart of blockages or stiffness. My hand is telling the body to remove, detoxify anything stopping the heart from moving freely. I feel lots of pain and stiffness and numbness come and go through my hands.

5.One hand on the heart with the other hand grasping the top of the head, and moving the head very slightly from side to side. I do this gentle, nurturing movement when I want to move impacted grief: grief that strangles a person’s life. The neck muscles connect to ribs, collarbones, and areas surrounding the heart. When the neck moves, holds, and then moves again, the heart receives a gentle massage. As the grief releases, I see soft tears stream down the face.

6.Hands front and back on the heart, rhythmically moving the hand on the back. When I do this I am removing old heartache in as nurturing a way as possible. The person feels cradled and surrounded and supported. I also do this when the lung rhythm is obstructed or irregular. I am telling the body to let the heart reconstruct how the lungs are operating. I also do this when a person has suffered a heart attack. Then my intention is to tell the spinal rhythm to drive the body’s rhythms until the heart is strong enough. Often I will move the hand on the breastbone and hold still the hand between the shoulder blades.

Helping hearts heal is the most rewarding kind of healing for me. Every time I give a healing, I receive a healing. So, when I help release others’ heartaches, emotional and physical, my heart becomes healthier.
