What is Three Heart Balancing™?

Three Heart Balancing™ is a healing hands technique, developed over 20 years ago, by Jaentra Green Gardener that integrates body, mind and heart as a method of addressing illness and injury. This healing technique focuses on activating and directing a person’s own inner healer called the “Wave.”

The Wave

The Wave works through the field of gravity and is awakened by conscious intent and skillful touch. The Wave is the part of each of us that strives toward life and health. Once a person’s Wave is activated, a harmony is created between the rhythms of the body. This harmony allows a person to progress toward wellness and directs the Wave to take action.
